15,013 square foot new city hall complex. Conditioned by 37 tons of geo-exchange heat pumps. The architect desired no visible condensing units, keeping the site uncluttered. Heat pumps are the vertical type. Geo-exchange field is comprised of vertical wells under grassy areas.
