28,656 square foot new juvenile and municipal courts building. Conditioned by 77 tons of geo-exchange heat pumps. Vertical heatpumps with variable air volume dampers allowing individual room control. Orignal Ice House was incorporated into new building. Photos below show drilling rig, loop header system being pressure tested and purged.
